‘Cataclysmic day’ for oil companies sparks climate hope

A Dutch court has ordered Shell to cut carbon emissions by 45% by 2030. Also this week, climate activist investors have shaken up the boards of ExxonMobil and Chevron. A few weeks ago, ConocoPhillips and Phillips 66, had already suffered investor revolts over climate inaction.
